SINGAPORE -- Singapore on Thursday revised its economic growth rate for 2023 to 1.1% for the year, down from a preliminary estimate of 1.2% after weak exports in December.

The latest figure comes a day before the government unveils its budget for 2024, which is widely expected to help citizens cope with rising costs of living.
